Meet The Founder

Surabhi Agarwal

Surabhi started The Charisma Coach in 2024 with a hope to empower women to gain clarity and confidence. She initially started by providing life coaching services and later expanded into personal and fashion styling after gaining an image consulting qualification from the Irish Style Institute.

Surabhi moved to Ireland at the age of 18 and since then she has worked for large consulting and technology companies and also contributed to non-profit organisations. Her passion to help people led her to qualify as a coach with the Irish Lifecoach Institute and impact many of client’s lives positively.

Seeing the importance of image and how it has influenced her life, Surabhi uses the unique combination of styling and coaching to add the maximum value to her clients.
